Main Objective of the Audit

The main objective is to carry out an Organisational Audit of the National Centre for Educational Resource Development (NCERD) in order to obtain a general assessment of whether the internal organisational structure is fit to carry out the tasks that are assigned to that Unit. The examination of working methods and procedures set up to carry out their activities will help to establish a diagnosis of how they function and to develop recommendations aimed at streamlining tasks and decision-making processes in order to improve efficiency.

- A Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Education Management with 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management/Education Management.


A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Education Management with 10 years’ experience in Human Resources/Education Management or relevant field.

- Experience in public service reorganization or restructuring or strengthening of management capacities at management level.

- Experience in Job Evaluation is an advantage.

- Knowledge and experience in the Government System of Guyana
