IOM lauds the Gov’t’s and MoE’s efforts to ensure migrant children receive an education

 (June 20, 2022) – The Senior Regional Coordination Officer and Chief of Mission for the International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mr. Robert Natiello said that the IOM recognizes the efforts of the Government of Guyana and the Ministry of Education in ensuring that migrant children receive an education.

MOE and GPF sign MOU to enhance the capacity of police instructors

(June 10, 2022) – The Ministry of Education and the Guyana Police Force (GPF) on Friday afternoon signed a Memorandum of Understanding to allow the GPF to access training at the Cyril Potter College of Education for the development and training of police instructors who teach at the Felix Austin Police Training College.
