    The Ministry of Education would like to inform the public that forty-two schools in Georgetown and one on the East Coast of Demerara will remain closed on Thursday following flooding in several areas resulting from heavy rainfall over the last 24 hours. The schools identified to remain closed are the most heavily affected.

    The Ministry of Education wishes to advise the public that the following schools will remain closed tomorrow Friday, November 29, 2013:
