The UNICEF Guyana & Suriname Office, with funding support from the High Commission of Canada, and in partnership with the Ministry of Education, invites Organizations/Institutions to fill the below consultancy:

National Institutional Consultancy: Development of Gender Sensitive Standards for Dormitory Schools in Guyana

The main purpose of this assignment is to develop comprehensive gender sensitive standards for dormitory schools in Guyana - ensuring comfortable, safe resilient learning and living spaces created through a focus on the use of green technologies, sustainable resources and locally available materials and skills.

The complete Terms of Reference and Request for Proposals can be found on the UNICEF Guyana website. Proposals must be received by the latest, Friday, 28 June 2021, on or before 00:00hrs. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will not be valid. Due to the nature of this RFP, there will be no public opening of the proposals.

Full proposals must be submitted in ENGLISH and must be received not later than the closure date and time as duly signed, stamped and dated.

Financial proposals will only be used when an offer is evaluated, technically accepted and therefore, eligible for opening of the financial proposals. All other provisions of the tender are still binding, and proposals received in any other manner will not be valid.
