The Ministry of Education advises all parents or guardians of children born on or before 30th June 2012, to uplift and complete registration forms from any nursery school within Georgetown.

Registration commences on March 9, 2015.

The original and a photocopy of the following documents are to be presented:

1. Child’s Birth Certificate
2. Immunization Card (clinic card)
3. Any form of proof of address ( light/ phone bill etc.)

Letters of Allocation will be distributed within 14 – 21 working days after registration at the school where registration was done.

Please Note: Registration can be done at any Nursery School

Four subjects will be assessed, namely English Language, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. Each subject will consist of two papers. English Language and Science will be administered on 01 April, Mathematics and Social Studies on 02 April, 2015.

Hon. Dr. Rupert Roopnaraine - Minister of Education and Hon. Nicolette Henry - Minister within the Ministry of Education met with Senior Officers of the Ministry of Education this afternoon.

Today, the new Minister of Education, Dr. Rupert Roopnaraine and Junior Minister of Education, Ms. Nicolette Henry had their first meeting with Permanent Secretary, Ms. Delma Nedd, CEO-Mr. Olato Sam and Chief Planning Officer, Ms. Evelyn Hamilton.

The Ministry of Education wishes to advise parents and CSEC/CAPE candidates of the Bishop’s High School that there has been a change in the venue for the sitting of examinations timetabled for Monday, June 1, 2015.
