Physical Education & Dance

mash-2012-47copy

Physical Education promotes development of the mind through motor activities. These activities are derived from areas such as Games, Gymnastics, Athletics, Aquatics, Outdoor activities and Dance.

"To Dance is human". This dynamic lifestyle provides a means of expression and communication in a non-verbal way as it reflects aims, struggle and achievement of one's life.

Dance, like other components of the Expressive Arts, helps the child to reach his/her full potential in the emotional, intellectual and physical domain.

These physical activities help to keep the mind alert, promote positive self image, build positive attitudes towards healthy lifestyles and is a medium through education values are enhanced.
