$1.8 million for Linden NGSA students

On Sunday last, $1.8Million was committed to assisting two students of Linden, who gained entrance to top schools at this year’s National Grade Six Assessment (NGSA).
Local tech organisation, STEM Guyana, is seeking to expand youth exposure to technology by initiating STEM clubs in schools through collaboration with the Ministry of Education.

The One Mile Primary School located on the Wismar shore of Linden celebrated its outstanding performance at the 2018 National Grade Six Assessment (NGSA). Out of Upper Demerara-Berbice’s top 10, One Mile Primary copped seven of those spaces including the first and second position.
